Student Services Begin Move – Limited Services on Sept. 2

In the first phase of re-locating Student Services to a more student centric and accessible space, the following departments are slated to move on Friday, September 2, and will provide limited service during their moving day:

Academic Advising/Adult Learners – Drop-in service will be available only from advisor Lee Hong in the Young Street building, Room 2Y10. (All regular appointments for the day have been re-scheduled.)

Awards and Financial Aid – Office closed for the day. But students can pick up or drop off forms at the Graham Hall Admissions/Awards desk. If you have urgent questions, please go to Student Central.

Academic Scheduling – Reduced services; please contact Michelle Ducasse by email at m.ducasse@uwinnipeg.ca

Graduate StudiesRegistration and Transcripts – Office closed for the day. But students can pick up or drop off forms at the Graham Hall Admissions/Awards desk. If you have urgent questions, please go to Student Central.

Where are all these departments going?

They will be moving into the Student Services Centennial Hub (first-floor Centennial Hall), in the space formerly occupied by the Bookstore and across the hall.

On Tuesday, September 6, the following Student Services will be open in their new locations in the Centennial Hub:

Awards & Financial Aid – 1C22; 1C22A, IC24
Academic Advising – 1C16
Adult Learner Services – 1C16
Academic Scheduling – 1C15
Graduate Studies – Registration and Transcripts – 1C16
