CHEF BEN KRAMER IS COOKING UP FUN WITH CBC on Thursday, September 11, 2014
CBC radio will be on campus Thursday morning, September 11, at Elements – The Restaurant (599 Portage Avenue) celebrating Manitoba food with campus chef Ben Kramer.
CBC has launched a contest asking listeners for “Manitoba recipes” – dishes made with Manitoba-grown ingredients. CBC is picking their favourites and will have the winners do a cook-off at Elements during the morning show with host Marcy Markusa ( between 6 and 8:30 am – 89.3 FM).
Chef Ben is going to be the play-by-play personality, and tasting judge.
This leads up to the Manitoba Farmers’ Feast, happening at the St. Norbert Farmers’ Market Thursday evening.
