Congratulations to The University of Winnipeg Students’ Association, recognized by the Manitoba government for implementing a successful campaign to eliminate the sale of bottled water on campus, the first university in Canada to do so.
The recipients of the 2009 Manitoba Excellence in Sustainability Awards and Sustainable Development Scholarships were announced December 4, 2009 at the Manitoba Legislature by Conservation Minister Bill Blaikie.
