Karen Kraft Sloan, Canada’s newly appointed Ambassador for the Environment, will be joining QUEST: North participants Ross Gelbspan (Pulitzer Prize-winning editor and author), KIVA (music that transcends harmonic and geographic boundaries), and emcee Terry MacLeod (host of Information Radio on CBC Radio One 990) on Friday night.
On Saturday morning, Ms Sloan will take in the plenary at 9:00 a.m. and will be featured in Workshop Option 1 “Is The True North Strong & Free? How Climate Change Could Impact Governance & Sovereignty in the North” at 10:45 a.m.
